Featuring 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, our hotel offers three ballrooms and a total of 15 event sites, romantic gardens and courtyards. You are sure to find just the right location for your wedding, ceremony or reception.

Enjoy all of our amenities, including a full-service spa, sculpture garden, courtyard with 12’ fire pit, pool and hot tubs, picturesque garden with an idyllic 80-foot waterfall and an award-winning restaurant and lounges. Nestled in the heart of Northern California’s famed Sonoma Wine country – within driving distance of 200 wineries – our wedding sites offer all you need for an occasion you’ll remember fondly forever. Garden ceremonies include elegant white chairs, a water station for your guests, a garden arbor for photography sessions and use of the area for rehearsals.

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / special lighting effects / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase electricity that can be converted to 220V three-phase electricity.

Indoor Venues
Alexander Valley Ballroom Entertain up to 750 guests at a reception or 500 for a banquet in this elegant 6,944 square foot ballroom.  Divide the room into sections I, II, III and IV or section I & II (4,592 square feet) for more intimate occasions.  The expansive foyer offers an additional 2,604 square feet and will accommodate 400 guests in a reception arrangement.

Russian River Valley Ballroom Dance the night away or entertain in the height of style in this enchanting ballroom, offering 1,664 square feet of elegant interior space.  The Russian River Valley Ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated banquet or reception.

Dry Creek Valley Ballroom Spread out in this expansive ballroom, with a total of 2,204 square feet of impeccable event space. Divide the space into two sections, each with 1,102 square feet and each side will accommodate up to 125 guests for a reception. With its full capacity, the Dry Creek Valley Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated banquet and 250 for a classic reception. The spacious foyer adjoining the ballroom offers an additional 1,840 square feet, which will accommodate 200 in the reception-style.

Hospitality Suites Allow Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa to become your “home away from home” for entertaining guests. Our luxurious hospitality suite offer you all the advantages of an upscale, comfortable setting for your special get-togethers, while also featuring our expansive guest services.

Outdoor Venues
Knights Valley Garden Ideal for outdoor receptions and meals with a Wine country sunset, this courtyard accommodates up to 500 guests for a bountiful reception or 250 for a seated banquet.  Altogether, you will enjoy the use of 5,625 square feet of enchanting outdoor space that will envelope you and your guests in romantic charm and wine country ambiance by the waterfall and surrounded by lavender and wisterias.

Sonoma Valley Garden
Let the sun go down on your meeting – literally when you choose our exquisite Sonoma Valley Garden. With 8,100 square feet of romantic, lush garden and lawn space, you may entertain up to 600 guests at a reception or 400 in a seated banquet.

Sonoma Valley Courtyard
With 5,600 square feet, this inviting garden is ideal for wedding receptions with 300 guests or banquets for 100 attendees.  Celebrate this momentous day surrounded by lush gardens.

Spa Garden
The serene Spa Garden offers 450 square feet of space for intimate banquets with 20 guests.  As many as 300 guests could be accommodated in a reception arrangement.
