Our staff at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa is proud of their reputation for attending to details to make every wedding stress-free. To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered. Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. When selecting your wedding location or wedding reception site, there are a variety of options to choose from at our Sonoma County hotel – both indoor and outdoor. Your dedicated wedding specialist will answer any other questions or concerns you may have to help you plan an elegant but affordable wedding reception and ceremony.

Pricing
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your event will be considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Additional deposits can be reviewed with your Wedding Specialist. Your final pre-payment will be due ten working days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All food and beverage charges listed in menus are subject to 20% service charge and California State sales tax. Package prices range from $65 to $129 per person.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel and Spa. One point is awarded for each dollar spent for all catering events. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
Guarantee
A final number of guests is required by 11:00a.m. three working days prior to the commencement of the function. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. The hotel will prepare meals for three percent (3%) over the guaranteed count for groups up to 600.
